Quick, Simple, healthy RECIPES

Wilted SPINACH w/ Garlic and Lemon

This is a great side dish for the busy person on the go!  I love to add this to any meal, as a quick, simple healthy vegetable with great garlic flavor I promise you'll love it as well!

Ingredients:

1 Heaping Bunch or 1 Pound Baby Spinach

3 Garlic cloves- crushed or thinly sliced

1 Lemon- sliced into wedges

2 1/2 Tbsp Olive Oil Extra Virgin

Sea Salt

Cracked Black Pepper

Method:

In a large skillet, turn heat to med-high, add olive oil, add Garlic and sauté just until garlic is a light brown in color, add in spinach.  You should hear a crackling sound, next season with salt, pepper and toss until just wilted,  squeeze in lemon juice remove from heat and serve immediately Bon Appetite!
